Kalamazoo Speedway (MI) – CANCELED Rain has crashed the party at K-Zoo.


Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (OH) Brandon Sheppard and Steve Francis will make-up the front row for Saturday Night’s $50,000-to-win Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series-sanctioned Buckeye Nationals at Atomic Speedway. Sheppard, Francis, Chris Madden and Scott Bloomquist won their respective heat races to set Saturday’s starting field.  There were 49 entrants on hand for the event.


Madison Int’l Speedway (WI) – CANCELED A rainy forecast has forced track officials to call off Friday’s season opener program.


USMTS (MN) – Jason Hughes made it two in a row and six for the season Friday night when the United States Modified Touring Series invaded the I-94 Speedway.


WoO Sprints (IN) – Brad Sweet  took home the A-Main win at Plymouth Speedway over Daryn Pittman and David Gravel.


USAC Indiana Midget Series (IN) – Bryan Clauson outran Tanner Thorson and Spencer Bayston at Plymouth Speedway in a feature shortened by one lap due to rain.




All-Star Circuit of Champions (PA) – Sheldon Haudenschild was victorious in the 30-lap A-Main for the Sprint Cars Friday at Lernerville Speedway in PA.


Brewerton Speedway (NY) – A star-studded line-up of Dirt Modifieds filled the pit area Friday at Brewerton Speedway in NY.  Jimmy Phelps was able to hold off Chris Hile and Matt Sheppard for the 35-lap feature win.


I-88 Speedway (VA)  Andy Bachetti charges from 23rd to take the Dirt Modified win Friday at New York’s I-88 Speedway.


Mohawk Int’l Speedway (NY) – Chris Raabe swept the Twin-20 features for the Dirt Modifieds Friday at Mohawk Int’l Speedway in NY.


Ramsonville Speedway (NY) – Scott Kerwin was able to keep the “Firestarter” Erick Rudolph at bay for 30-laps to win the Dirt Modified feature Friday at Ramsonville Speedway in NY.


Stafford (CT) – CANCELED – Rain has hit Stafford Motor Speedway’s for the second week in a row. Next week’s Valenti Modified Racing Series event now serve as the Friday opener.


All Star Sprints (PA) – Wooster’s own Sheldon Haudenschild lived up to his family’s exciting reputation on Friday evening at Lernerville Speedway, mastering all areas of an action-packed racing surface to earn his first Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions victory of the 2016 season.




Anderson Motor Speedway (SC) – A 50-lap duel for the NASCAR Late Model Stock Cars Friday at Anderson Motor Speedway in SC and David Roberts was able to hold of Trey Gibson for the victory.


Modifieds of Mayhem (FL) – Donnie Hamrac bested a field of 12 Modifieds for the 40-lap victory Friday at 5 Flags Speedway in Pensacola, FL.


Southeast Dirt Mod Series (WV) – CANCELED After days of soaking rain and flash floods at Princeton Speedway, the track is unusable for Friday’s event.


Southside Speedway (VA) – Friday’s 40-lap Late Model Stock Car feature found Chris Dodson in victory lane at Southside Speedway in VA.


Ultimate Super Late Model Series (SC) – It’s Fergy time!  Chris Ferguson won the A-Main Saturday at Travelers Rest Speedway in South Carolina.




Lucas Oil ASCS National Championship (TX) – With the fireworks going off, Sam Hafertepe, Jr. stood in Victory Lane at the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track for the second time in his career with the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented the MAVTV Motorsports Network.

Masters of the Pros 144 (MO) – John Hunter Nemechek beat Trevor Noles in a green-white-checkered finish to win his second straight Masters of the Pros at I-44 Speedway. 


ARCA Midwest Tour (WI) – Ty Majeski continued his hot start to the 2016 season by holding off Andrew Morrissey to win at State Park Speedway Saturday night. 


Main Event Racing Series (OH) – CANCELED – Saturday’s event at Sandusky Speedway has been canceled due to frigid temperatures and rain.


Super Cup Stock Car Series (OH) – POSTPONED  Due to an unfavorable weather forecast, the season opener at Midvale Speedway was postponed to June 4. 


Top Speed Mods North (MI) – POSTPONED – Rain washed out the 60-lap showdown at Berlin. No make-up date has been announced yet.


Buckeye Nationals (OH) –  In what was billed as a showdown between the top-three Dirt Late Model drivers in the country – Jonathan Davenport, Josh Richards and Scott Bloomquist – it was Bloomquist coming out on top in the $50,000-to-win Buckeye Nationals at Atomic Speedway. 




ACT (NY) – Eddie MacDonald used lapped traffic to make his way by Nick Sweet on lap 107 to win the Spring Green 116 at Airborne Park Speedway. (Full results & more in 51’s Speed Central coverage)


All Star Sprints (PA) – POSTPONED – The All Stars were rained out at Mercer Speedway.


NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (CT) – Ron Silk took the lead for the first time on lap 50 and survived a number of restarts to win the New England Cycle Center 161 at New London-Waterford Speedbowl. (Full results & on-demand updates on NASCAR Home Tracks Race Central Live powered by Speed51.com)


Oxford Plains (ME)Spencer Morse took the lead just before the halfway mark and pulled away to win the 50-lap Super Late Model feature.  The win is the first for the Aspire Higher team, which is made up of students from Oxford Hills Middle School.


RoC Asphalt Tour (NY) – Patrick Emerling took the lead from Mike Leaty on lap 32 and held off Matt Hirschman to win the Richie Evans Memorial 61 at Oswego Speedway. (Full results & more can be found in 51’s Trackside Now)



Bowman Gray (NC) – Chris Flemming started from the pole position and drove a flawless race on his way to winning the 100-lap Modified feature over Burt Myers.


Greenville Pickens Speedway (SC) – Chase Purdy won both ends of the twin 75-lap races. Anthony Miller won the 50-lap Charger Limited Late Model race and Blair Addis won the Southeast Limited Late Model 100. 


Orange County Speedway (NC)Layne Riggs, the son of former NASCAR driver Scott Riggs, won the Late Model Stock Car feature Saturday night.


South Boston Speedway (VA) – Danny Willis beat Austin Thaxton to the checkered flag to win Saturday’s 100-lap Late Model Stock race at South Boston.


NeSmith Panhandle Challenge Series (AL) – The Dirt Late Models head to Flomaton Speedway

Northwest SLM Series (WA) – Garrett Evans took the win in a  125-lap showdown at the Spokane County Super Oval.

PASS North (ME) – Garrett Hall made his way to the front before the halfway mark and held off charges from Mike Hopkins to win the 150-lap feature at Speedway 95.


NE Mini Stock Tour (ME) – Haywood Herriett charged from the rear of the field to win the weather-shortened 30-lap feature at Speedway 95.
