FRIDAY, June 3

MIDWEST

ASCS National Series (MI) – Johnny Herrera held off the hard charging No. 15h of Sam Hafertepe, Jr. by a matter of feet at the line for his second ASCS National score of the 2016 season at Hartford Speedway. (click here for story)

Kalamazoo Speedway (MI)Bubba Brooks beat Mark Shook in the 50-lap feature that sets up Wednesday’s Gary Terry Follow Your Dreams 125 at Kalamazoo Speedway.

 

Must See Racing Sprint Series (WI) – Jimmy McCune won the pavement Sprint Car race Friday at Madison International Speedway. (click here for story)

 

Southeast Dirt Modified Series (OH) – Jesse Wisecarver, Kevin Morehouse, Jacob Hawkins and Tyler Evans won the heat races on prelim night for Legendary Hilltop Speedway’s River City Showdown.

 

USAC National Midgets (IN) –  NASCAR Camping World Truck Series driver Christopher Bell won Friday at Bloomington Speedway as a part of Indiana Midget Week. (click here for story)

 

World of Outlaws Sprints (OH) – Chad Kemenah won the “Winged Crusaders” stop Friday at Fremont Speedway in Ohio. (click here for story)

 

NORTHEAST

Albany-Saratoga Speedway (NY)Kenny Tremont beat an impressive field of Dirt Modifieds for his first victory at the track this year.

 

ARCA Racing Series (PA) – In his first start of the 2016 season, defending series champion Grant Enfinger held off Austin Cindric to win at Pocono Raceway. (click here for story)

 

Brewerton Speedway (NY) – Superman Matt Sheppard the Dirt Mod race Friday at New York’s Brewerton Speedway.

 

Chemung Speedrome (NY)TJ Zacharias won’t the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Sportsman Modified race Friday at “The Drome.”

 

Glen Ridge Motorsports Park (NY)Jeremy Wilder returned to Dirt Modified victory lane Friday at the upstate New York track.

 

Granite State Pro Stock Series (NH) – DJ Shaw took the lead on a lap 79 restart and pulled away from Derek Griffith to win the Seacoast 100 at Lee USA Speedway. (Click here for 51’s Speed Central coverage)

 

ISMA (ON) – “The Shoe 2” Dave Shullick made it three ISMA wins in a row at Delaware Speedway Friday night.

 

NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (CT) – Doug Coby led 129 of 130 laps at Stafford Motor Speedway holding off Donny Lia and Jimmy Blewett. (Click here for the story)

 

Outlaw Speedway (NY) – Erick Rudolph went from 18th to first to capture the Dirt Modified victory at Outlaw Speedway in Dundee, NY.

 

RoC Asphalt Modified Series (NY) – Mike Leaty cruised to his first RoC Modified Series victory of the year as the series raced for 75-laps at Spencer Speedway in NY. (Follow @51 Modifieds on Twitter for on-demand updates of the race)

 

SOUTHEAST

Anderson Motor Speedway (SC) – David Roberts swept both ends of the Twin 40 lap features for Late Model Stock Cars Friday night.

 

Kingsport Speedway (TN) – Once again, Kres VanDyke was “King of the Concrete Jungle” of Kingsport Speedway. (click here for story)

 

Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (TN) –  In a role-reversal of the Show-Me 100 a week prior, Scott Bloomquist beat Jimmy Owens Fri. night at Tazwell Speedway in TN. (click here for story)

 

Southern Modified Race Tour (NC) – POSTPONED – An unfavorable weather forecast has pushed off racing at Tri-County Motor Speedway to a date to be determined.

SATURDAY, June 4

CANADA

Speedway 660 (NB) – Cassius Clark and the King Racing team continued their hot start to the season by winning the McLaughlin Roof Trusses Best of the Best Pro Stock 150.

 

MIDWEST

All Star Sprints (OH) –  With wet weather invading the Chillicothe/Waverly, Ohio-area during the early evening hours, Atomic Speedway and Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions officials were forced to cancel the June 4 racing program, a third consecutive weather disturbance at Atomic Speedway for the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions in 2016.

 

CRA Late Model Sportsman (IN) – The Vore’s Welding CRA Late Model Sportsman Powered by JEGS event scheduled for today at Anderson Speedway has been canceled because of weather. The event has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 18.

 

FAST Outlaw Late Model Series (OH) –  Shady Bowl Speedway is the site of race number two for 2016

 

Main Event Racing Series (OH) – The Main Event drivers go for 100 laps at Barberton Speedway in their second race of the season.

 

Southeast Dirt Modified Series (OH) – The $12,000 to win River City Showdown at the Legendary Hilltop Speedway has been canceled due to severe weather in the area.

 

TUNDRA Series (WI) – Dennis Prunty took the lead from Mike Lichtfeld with 22 laps to go to grab the win at Dells Raceway Park. (Click here for 51’s Speed Central coverage)

 

USAC National Midgets (IN) – Saturday night’s USAC Midget National Championship event at Lawrenceburg Speedway has been cancelled due to rain with more precipitation forecast throughout the day and into the evening.

 

World of Outlaws Sprint Cars (MI) – Mother Nature was not a fan of the World of Outlaws Craftsman® Sprint Car Series on Saturday night at I-96 Speedway, as persistent rain started falling during hot laps and never allowed the drivers to return the track.

 

 

NORTHEAST

ACT Late Model Tour (VT) – Nick Sweet came out on top of a race-long duel with defending American-Canadian Tour (ACT) Champion Wayne Helliwell, Jr. to take the People’s United Bank 100 at Devil’s Bowl Speedway. (Click here for the story)

 

NEMA Midgets (CT) – Seth Carlson won the 25-lap NEMA feature Saturday night at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl.

 

North East Mini Stock Tour (CT) – Glen Thomas Jr. claimed the win in the North East Mini Stock Tour feature at Connecticut’s New London-Waterford Speedbowl.

 

Riverhead Raceway (NY) – John Fortin scored the victory in the Baldwin, Evans, Jarzombek Memorial 77 at Riverhead Raceway on Saturday night over Dave Brigati, Ron Silk, John Fortin Jr., and Cory Midgett.

 

Valenti Modified Racing Series (MA) – Anthony Nocella took the lead near the halfway mark and scored the victory at Seekonk Speedway. (Click here for 51’s Speed Central coverage)

 

SOUTHEAST

Bowman Gray Stadium (NC) – Unfortunately, summer rain storms led to the postponement of tonight’s racing action at Bowman Gray Stadium. The racing will be back with a vengeance one week laterSaturday, June 11

 

Hickory Motor Speedway (NC) – Another Late Model Stock race at Hickory, another win for Josh Berry.  He beat Christian Eckes and Casey Pierce to the checkered flag.

 

Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (KY) – Saturday night’s Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series-sanctioned, 30th Annual Ralph Latham Memorial at Florence Speedway has been postponed. A heavy late-afternoon thunderstorm and the forecast for continued rain through the evening forced Speedway and Series officials postpone the event.

 

Modifieds of Mayhem (AL) – Korey Ruble visited victory lane at South Alabama Speedway with the Modifieds of Mayhem Saturday night. 

 

New Smyrna Speedway (FL) – Carter Stokes took home his second Pro Late Model feature win over Brad May and Matt Montineri.

 

PASS South (VA) – Thunderstorms that raced through the area bringing with them heavy rain, gusty winds and lightning forced South Boston Speedway officials to have to cancel all but one feature.

 

Shenandoah Speedway (VA) – The Racing for Wishes 150 has been postponed until Saturday, July 23 due to weather. 

 

South Alabama Speedway (AL) – Casey Roderick won the 100-lap Pro Late Model race at SAS over William Martin and Justin South.

 

Southern Super Series (GA) – Kyle Grissom took the win at Crisp Motorsports Park over Scotty Ellis and Zane Smith. Grissom became the first repeat winner of the 2016 Southern Super Series season. (Click here for 51’s Trackside Now coverage)

 

SOUTHWEST

The Bullring at Las Vegas (NV) – Scott Gafforini won the opening 35 lap feature in the Chris Trickle Classic for a record 64th win at the Bullring. Noah Grayson who climbed the fence after being victorious in the second 35 lap feature. 

 

USMTS (TX) – The Texas double concludes at Route 66 Motor Speedway.

 

WEST

 

Pacific Challenge Series (CA) – Tracy Bolin fended off a late charge by Jeremy Doss to claim his first career PCS win. John Moore, David Miller and JR Courage completed the top five.

 

 

SUNDAY, June 5

MIDWEST

USAC National Midgets (IN) – Rico Abreu took the lead from Chad Boat with 8 laps remaining to get the win in the 30 lap feature at Kokomo Speedway (IN) over Spencer Bayston and BoatBrady Bacon and Christopher Bell rounded out the top-five.

 

 

NORTHEAST

All Star Sprints (PA) – Mother nature won out, cancelling events at Bedford Speedway.

 

 

SOUTHEAST

Ultimate Super Late Model Series (VA) – Winchester Speedway was postponed due to forecasted heavy rains. No word on a makeup date as of yet.

 

WEST
