The Southern All Star Dirt Racing Series heads to Thunderhill Raceway (TN) Saturday for its July 4th Spectacular. The Independence Day event will be broadcast to fans on Speed51’s Summer Thunder TV, free for monthly and yearly premium subscribers.
On May 23, Thunderhill Raceway hosted the Southern All Stars’ first event since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, with Dale McDowell backing up his March Madness win at Cherokee Speedway (SC) with a victory. The series now returns to the 1/3-mile, high-banked oval hoping to produce some fireworks on the Fourth of July.
In its most recent event, the Southern All Stars went to Deep South Raceway (AL) for the Duels in Dixie. Defending series champion David Brezeale scored the victory on the opening night of the event, with Ashton Winger taking the $5,000 win on night two.
The event will be broadcast to Speed51 premium monthly or yearly subscribers as part of an action-packed holiday weekend. Click here to see a full schedule of upcoming Speed51 broadcasts.
