Big-Block Modified, Dirt Late Model and Sprint Car racers from all over the country will converge in Charlotte, North Carolina this week for the 10th Annual World Finals. Although the racing action at The Dirt Track doesn’t begin until Thursday, the party will start Wednesday night at 7 p.m. ET with PRN at the Track’s World Finals Kickoff Show at Twin Peaks Concord Mills in Concord.
The live kickoff show will provide racers, fans and race teams in the area an opportunity to have some fun before the competition begins on Thursday. In a continuation of Speed51.com’s partnership with PRN, race fans unable to make it to Charlotte will be able to watch the show via a free live broadcast on Speed51.com.
PRN at the Track’s Lenny Batycki will host the show with 51’s Bob Dillner joining him in the booth. Throughout the show, drivers from the Super DIRTcar Series, World of Outlaws Late Model Series and World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will join the set to talk about the upcoming week at The Dirt Track.
The current guest lineup includes WoO Sprint Cars Series drivers Shane Stewart and Logan Schuchart, WoO Late Model racers Shane Clanton, Billy Moyer Jr. and Brandon Overton, as well as Big-Block Modified veteran Brett “The Jet” Hearn.
Many more drivers are expected to join the above list, so be sure to head out to Twin Peaks in Concord or tune into Speed51.com Wednesday night. Whether you’re in the area or at home, this is an event you don’t want to miss as dirt racers prepare for one of their biggest racing weekends of the year.
