The Morning Bullring short track racing talk show on returned Monday morning with one of our hottest, most jam-packed shows yet.

This week’s show tackled the hottest topics in short track racing, including the chaos in the Late Model division at South Boston Speedway, Super Late Model car counts, the new Late Model body on display at Richmond Raceway and the upcoming Speed51 Short Track Draft.

One of the most talked about interviews from the show featured Lee Pulliam, one of the drivers involved in the on-track incident involving a Philip Morris crew member at South Boston.  Pulliam joined the show to share his side of the viral incident.

Casey Roderick also joined the show to offers some clarity about the comments he made on Instagram regarding Super Late Model racing in America, as well as Friday’s Blizzard Series race at Five Flags Speedway and this coming weekend’s Show Me the Money Series event at Montgomery Motor Speeday.

Giovanni Bromante, the winner of the Blizzard Series race, joined the show live for the first time to chat about his big Blizzard Series win at Five Flags.  He also discussed the upcoming Short Track Draft and the dirt bike incident that sidelined him last year.

Ron Silk, the winner of the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour race at South Boston, also joined the show to discuss his win and the Icebreaker at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park next weekend.

Trevor Huddleston woke up early on the west coast to talk to hosts Bob Dillner and Casey LaJoie about his thrilling NASCAR K&N Pro Series West victory at Irwindale Speedway.  Huddleston won his first career K&N West race in a photo finish but needed a wrecker to get his car to victory lane.

DJ Irvine of Fastrak and ULTIMATE talked to the guys about the upcoming FASTRAK opener and all of the great Dirt Late Model racing planned for the two sanctioning bodies in 2019.

Lastly, we decided to pull our April Fools prank on Austin Reed, this weekend’s PASS Super Late Model (Open) winner at Richmond Raceway.  Reed was scheduled to come on the show; however, we canceled his appearance only to have him join us at the end of the show.

Speed51 Editor Brandon Paul and Speed51 Northeast Editor Connor Sullivan were also in studio for this week’s show.

Race fans can watch the full show live on Speed51 and the Speed51 Five Star Race Car Bodies Facebook Feed. The show is available to race fans worldwide for FREE.
