As the 2016 racing season starts to near its final months, a different competition is beginning to heat up.  This competition doesn’t involve tires, aerodynamics or checkered flags.  Instead it involves personalities, the internet, and its biggest component, the race fans.

Race fans, it is time for you to vote on your favorite Northwest Super Late Model Series drivers to decide the 2016 Most Popular Driver.  Fans can choose from one of ten different drivers by voting once per day per IP address.

Slider NWSLMS MPD“The Northwest Super Late Model Series enjoys our relationship with Speed51 and all they do to help promote our drivers and series,” said Jeremy Anders, the Media and PR Director for the NWSLMS.  “Speed51 has provided great exposure for the Northwest region to people in the Midwest and on the east coast and has allowed them to follow our series and drivers.  We’re excited to be partnering with Speed51 for the Most Popular Driver contest and giving the fans of our series and drivers a chance to show their appreciation for our drivers.”

Some of the series’ biggest stars are up for voting, including Blake Williams, Garrett Evans and Braeden Havens.  Brittney Zamora, Clint Habart, Dave Garber, Ed Thomsen, Glenn Knutson, Mitch Kleyn and Ryan Wells are also eligible for the award.
