The Presidential Election may be over, but now it’s time to vote on something else.  It’s time to decide the 2016 Late Model Most Popular Driver presented by ARbodies on


Voting for this year’s Most Popular Driver begins today at 4 p.m. ET only on The top 10 Late Model drivers in Approved Body Configuration (ABC) body rule-compliant series’ will be eligible for the award, as well as drivers who were in the top five in points at their local tracks throughout North America as of July 24.


For the 10th straight year, fans across the globe can vote for their favorite ABC bodied Late Model, Late Model Stock Car or 300x250-lm-mpd-2016other template-bodied Late Model touring series or local track driver on  ARbodies, based in Greenbrier, Tennessee, continues its partnership for an eighth season to provide the prize package to the winner or winners of the 2016 MPD voting.

ARbodies will award a free white “A” package to this year’s winner of the Most Popular Driver presented by ARbodies.  Should the winner be a touring series driver, ARbodies will also award a $750 product certificate to the highest finishing local Late Model driver.

In 2015, Fairgrounds Speedway Nashville (TN) Pro Late Model driver Cole Williams tallied the most votes and won the Late Model Most Popular Driver Award.


Voting for the 2016 Late Model Most Popular Driver will end on December 31.  Fans can vote for drivers on a daily basis over the voting time period, but will be limited to one vote per day.


If any person is found to be submitting multiple votes during a single day, all of that person’s votes will be deleted from the overall total.  So play by the rules, have fun and hit the campaign trail!
