The racing world will be focused on the racing action in Florida during the month of February as many short tracks and a big track will host big events throughout the month.   The best way to keep on top of the action or be a part of it is to use #NewSmyrnaWS on Twitter.

New Smyrna Speedway in New Smyrna Beach, Florida will be the hub for the staff, as they will be partnering with NASCAR Home Tracks and to provide Race Central Live coverage powered by and a live video broadcast powered by 51 TV.

In addition to the coverage at New Smyrna, 51 will also have staff covering the ARCA Racing Series action from Daytona International Speedway, and the dirt action from East Bay Raceway Park and Volusia Raceway Park.

Following #NewSmyrnaWS will help you get the quickest updates along with using the hashtag to help share your experiences at the different venues.

“We encourage everyone to use #NewSmyrnaWS for any of their tweets relating to the great racing action,” Brandon Paul, Editor said. “Social media has become so popular with instant updates that fans who may be attending an event at one track can easily stay on top of what is happening at another track just by following the hashtag.

“We also encourage teams from all around the country to use the hashtag to document their time in Florida. Tweets using the hashtag will be shown in the Twitter box on the front page of, so this also serves as a great way for drivers and teams to interact with short track racing fans.”
