USA 100 Reaches 40,000 Viewers in International Audience

Carnesville, GA –’s free live broadcast of the 43rd Annual USA 100 at Virginia Motor Speedway reached an international audience of over 40,000 viewers on Saturday night. There were reported viewers in 30 states, 2 Canadian provinces, along with Australia and New Zealand.


“The adrenaline is certainly pumping for all of us at Speed51 after the USA 100 at Virginia Motor Speedway. We were thrilled that so many people watched what was some spectacular racing,” said Speed51 owner Bob Dillner, “The broadcast was made possible because of the efforts of Virginia Motor Speedway, the series, and us and it provided some great exposure for all the teams. It also helps us reaffirm to fans out there Speed51’s commitment to ULTIMATE and FASTRAK racing.”


Fans were treated to a thrilling finish with Brandon Overton edging out a hard charging Rick Eckert in the closing laps of the ULTIMATE Super Late Model feature. The drama continued when leader Layton Sullivan blew a right rear tire entering turn four coming to the checkered flag in the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance portion of the USA 100, giving red-hot Carson Ferguson his third consecutive series win.


“Fans all over the world were treated to some excellent and dramatic racing all through the program,” said FASTRAK Companies International Vice President DJ Irvine, “It was certainly fantastic exposure for all of our race teams, as well as the ULTIMATE and FASTRAK brands of racing. It was a great showcase for the upcoming 2019 FASTRAK World Championship and the excellent coverage Speed51 provides.”


The 2019 FASTRAK World Championship will pay $50,000 to win and $2,050 to start in the richest race in the history of Pro Late Model racing. The 2019 FASTRAK World Championship will be held on September 13th and 14th at Virginia Motor Speedway. The race will also be broadcasted on October 30th as a two-hour special of Speed51’s Short Track America on MavTV.
