9:24
Fogleman has taken the win over Peltier, Davidson, and Newton. We will have full results shortly.
9:23
Lap 149 : Peltier hits Fogleman HARD into turn one and Fogleman holds on for the win!

Right as I typed that, Loden got his car fired and is now headed back onto the track several laps down.

No, Loden’s car is parked in the pits.
9:19

Lap 139 : Under the yellow, Jay Fogleman leads Preston Peltier, Grant Davidson, Ralph Carnes and John Batten.

9:14
It seems that Peltier can get the run on the outside down the front straightaway and into turn one but when they come off turn two, Fogleman’s #4 works on the bottom and he reels Peltier back in down the backstretch and reclaims the lead.
9:13
Unfortunately Gaulding’s #2 is parked and he is out of the car.

They have to do what they have to do to keep the fans around (and buying their food and souvenirs) until the end of the show, which unfortunately usually means putting the big race last.

I dont understand why track owners run the other races before they run the PASS race. I’ll travel 2 hours for a PASS show and am too old to get home at 1am.

Are you going to cover the other races there at Anderson? I have a friend in the Sportsman race.

Pollard and his crew got a late start trying to get their #42 machine ready to race after it sustained heavy damage in last weekend’s Pro Late Model Rattler 100 at South Alabama Speedway and weren’t able to get it ready in time to make it here today.

Comment From Race Chaser

Since the last time PASS visited Anderson Motor Speedway, track owner Shirley Porter, promoter Sylvia Porter and their staff have put a lot of work into giving this facility a facelift. The series last made the trek to Anderson, SC four years ago, in 2007. Since then, they have renovated the bathrooms, scoring tower, and press box. It also appears they are doing some grading in turn one to allow more viewing area for the fans.
