The Northwest Pro-4 Alliance will qualify as soon as the track dries.

We noted earlier some information about their cars.

The engines used in the series are open to any four cylinder power plant not exceeding 2440cc. Ford is the most popular engine but they also have Chevy’s, Dodge, Toyota, Nissan, BMW and Honda. It is solely up to the team what they choose to run. They can even run a rotary engine. The horse power numbers reach just over 300hp in some of the top cars.

Here is the Summer Showdown 200 Lineup with the 28 cars that have raced or qualified their way in. The top 24 got in based on their finish in one of four 25-lap qualifiers on Friday night. Positions 25-28 got as the four fastest in qualifying not to make it in from a qualifier race.

The final eight positions will be determined by two 50-lap LCQ’s coming up at 4pm PDT.

The Northwest Pro-4 Alliance is a four cylinder late model stock car with tubular frame and a mix of stock and aftermarket chassis components. They race on 10″ Hoosier slick tires and weigh between 2000 and 2200 lbs. 78′ wide with up to a 105″ wheelbase.

They run late model and outlaw body styles.
