In the early going for this opening round, Grissom has turned the fastest lap for Supers with Garvey topping Pro Late Models.

As the first Bombers and Sportsman hit the track, today’s temperature is close to perfect in the high 60’s with a slight breeze. A morning fog is expected to burn off just shy of noon time.

The fastest Super Late Model of the day will receive $500, while the fastest Allen Turner Pro Late Model will receive $300. Open Wheel Modified, Super Stock, Pro Truck, and Sportsman fast timers will each receive $150, while the fastest Bomber lap of the day will be worth $100.

All of today’s cars have the option to run a transponder and be in contention for the money prizes for fastest practice lap per division. The Bombers will not run transponders, but will be timed at approximately 3:00pm.
