Fifth place finisher Jimmy Zacharias had to fight had quite the eventful afternoon. Initial rear damage to his car came early from Tommy Cloce’s accidental contact under caution, which ultimately broke a part on the 44 Modified. Then a flat tire and contact later in the race with Patrick Emerling racing for third added to an already hard fought race. When asked if he will be back for Oswego the day after the Stafford NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event he said “I’ll let you know come Friday.”

Gary Noe wins the Street Stock feature with a thrilling battle to the line for second behind him after Bill Frisbie nearly lost it and Glenn Lippolis edged him for that position with a significant amount of contact between the two. After the checkered flag, Frisbie spun between turns one and two after further contact.
