Fans checking our Trackside Now coverage after the race, you are likely noticing a limited amount of updates during the race. We had informed fans throughout the weekend that during feature events, our coverage would be focused on the live video stream, which was available via pay-per-view and only limited Trackside Now updates would be available during the race.

Have a great night from us at Speed51.com!

9:00

That concludes our coverage of “THE RACE” at North Wilkesboro Speedway.

We appreciate our loyal fans for joining us both on our Trackside Now coverage throughout the weekend and our Pay-Per-View coverage of today’s main events. We have heard many kind words about our coverage and we hope to do things like our video stream more often in the future.

There will be lots more from “THE RACE” during the week on Speed51.com.

Thanks again and join us again next time on Speed51.com’s Trackside Now coverage.

12:23

12:23

The drivers who are going for $100,000 ran all of the north or south races and the National races last year. Preston Peltier was the 2010 PASS National Champion.

12:23

Comment From fan

why do they have the chance to win 100,000?

12:22

Recapping the drivers meeting we learned that Trevor Sanborn was fined $200 for being late. Also the rules where reset on tires. There will be an 8 minute break at lap 100 where teams can take on four tires. There will also be another 8 minute break at lap 200 where teams can change four tires again. After lap 200 teams have two tires they can put on at any point and time. That will be the strategy.
They will have a lucky dog during the entire race.
The top five cars will all be lead lap cars, lap cars will blend in after that in the double file restarts.
We will race back to the checkered if the yellow comes out on the white flag lap. The only thing that would change that is if the red comes out.

12:13

There are five drivers who are elligible for the bonus in today’s race. They are: Jay Fogleman, Preston Peltier, Johnny Clark, Ben Rowe and Steve Legendre. These drivers could earn $100,000 today if they take the top spot in “The Race” here at North Wilkesboro Speedway.

12:13

Comment From Jimmy Jacks Chicken Shac

Which driver’s have a chance to win $100,000

what time does “The Race|” start today

12:06

12:05

Don’t forget the PASS Super Late Models will be back in action in the south on April 23rd at the Hickory Motor Speedway (NC) for the 6th Annual Easter Bunny 150.

12:01

Today’s race is for $75,000, the second largest winner’s purse in Pro All Stars Series history. This also will be one of the largest fields in series history. In 2002 at Thompson they started 45 cars in a 200 lap event, today it will be 44 cars here at North Wilkesboro.
This also is the 200th career Super Late Model race for the Pro All Stars Series in their history. They have had 52 different winners since 2001 in the Super Late Model ranks.

11:50

Geoff Bodine is a former three time winner here in the Cup Series. Before that he was a Mod standout. To this day he still gets some boo’s from those days.

11:49

Comment From Rich

geoff bodine would be better off running the mod race
