2:55

The track is quiet right now.

2:55

Every night after the races are finished, teams hand in their transponders to be recharged. They check the transponders back out the next day. Some teams aren’t as quick to mount those up during practice, which is why some entries do not have practice speeds listed.

Ted Christpoher is the lone car on the track, but with no transponder, we have no way of knowing how fast he’s running.

2:54

Jason Myers and Ted Christpher are currently the only cras on the track. Jason Myers is still being shown as fastest in this practice.

The Myers brothers have not unloaded their cars from the trailer yet today. That is a likely sign that they will not be racing this evening and saving their equipment for tomorrow’s Richie Evans Memorial 100. George Brunnhoelzl, III was also planning to only race on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday nights.

Comment From Guest

no myers boys tonight ? or GBIII

1:25

We talked to driver of the #79X Tour-Type Modified, Justin Bonsignore last night at Pub 44.  Bonsignore said it would take every bit of the time between last night’s last-lap crash and Friday morning for Richie Evans Memorial 100 practice to get the car repaired.  We did see James Civali and the Hillbilly Racing team working on the neon-orange #79 earlier today, but it has not yet hit the track for practice.

The fan reception for the ACT Late Models was very good. As far as making trips “south”, that really depends on where you are at. Many of the teams here this week were from Canada, so any of the American races on the schedule are south for them. At this time, there are no planned ACT races outside of the Northeastern United States or Eastern Canada though.

12:42

Comment From charles

how was the fan reception for the act cars and will they be making anymore trips south?

12:42

Patrick Emerling and last night’s winner, Earl Paules are out on the track early in this practice session for the Tour-Type Modifieds.
