MAYBE YOU SHOULD PUT A “BOUNTY” ON BUBBA’S HEAD. THERE WAS ONE ON RONNIE AT MONTGOMERY MOTOR SPEEDWAY BACK IN THE MID/LATE 70’S WHEN HE DROVE CAR #18.

Bubba Pollard’s right-front tire had been going flat in the later stages of the Super Late Model race. The tire had lost several pounds of pressure when his car owner, Ronnie Sanders, checked it as soon as the 18 pulled into victory lane.

A spin on the opening lap of the Modifieds has brought out the red flag. It appears that the car may have damaged the inside fence on the backstretch.

Bubba Pollard went right from victory lane into his Modified, where he started sixth.
