We've just been handed full results and are typing them up for you now.
7:10
Not that winning this race takes away the sting from losing the national championship for Pulliam. When asked if it did, the normally verbose Pulliam said "In my eyes, we won it. I don't care what the paper says."
7:08
Pulliam: "The last four-five years we've had a shot to win here. The times I feel like we had the winning car, I've been wrecked or something crazy has happened. The two years I've won it, I didn't have a winning car, I got it done. It's pretty wild. They say the best car never wins here at Martinsville because it's just a tough race, man."
"I made the wrong adjustments at halfway. I felt like I was going to be too free and as the sun came down, the track tightened up and I couldn't roll the center. The 26 [Morris] jacked me pretty good one time and bent the left wheel and the 31 [Grala] got me one time too. So we got beat and banged on and we'd get back to 8th or 9th. We just had to keep fighting, keep fighting, keep fighting."
7:08
Track Officials have confirmed that Anthony Anders has been transported for further evaluation.

7:03
As for the winner, here's what Pulliam had to say

"The 99 [Sellers], he was playing games. I knew he'd try to pull something like that to get us into trouble. He plays games on the restart a lot. I waited until I got to the line. When I got to that line, I went. I knew I was at my spot when I gassed it up"

7:03
Tech is underway. (Speed51.com photo)
7:01
Sellers also said that it was the hardest hit he's ever taken in his life before adding at the tail end of the interview "They clearly said in the drivers' meeting, you can not beat the leader to the line." He paused for a second and said flatly "Look at the replay."
7:00
Lee Pulliam wins this race for the second time. He is only the third driver to win this race more than once. Tony McGuire won it twice and Philip Morris has won it three times. Pulliam will go for his third next year.
6:59
Peyton Sellers' perspective on the last two laps after his crew emphatically told us that Pulliam beat him by three carlengths to the line: "NASCAR probably made the poorest decision making today I've seen in my entire life. As far as I'm concerned, NASCAR gave a win to Lee Pulliam. I don't know what happened there on the three-wide deal, I don't know where he [Yarbrough] was going to go. But at the end of the day, NASCAR just screwed up."
6:56
Elaborating more on the contact on the last lap, Yarborough said, "I'd like to think it was just a racing deal. I'm a clean driver. I'll run you hard but I'll give you room. I gave room to people all day long, especially hanging on the outside there. I had a chance there, I ducked down low, had a corner on him and you see what happened there. Just fortunate to come out on the good side of it"
6:53
Sellers with the Triple Crown trophy. (Speed51.com photo)
6:48
Second place Sam Yarbrough: "The first half of the race we relegated ourselves to the outside line. We just rolled better up there. We made big adjustments at halfway. Bottom line was working good for us then and that's where we went every time in the second half. But the first caution after the 10 [to go caution] there, we did pick the outside because a bunch of cars went low. We got clear going out of two and then took it three wide there on the white. I thought I had position there and we saw what happened there [the wreck with Sellers]"
6:48
We have witnessed Anthony Anders walk into an ambulance to be transported for further evaluation. We have no official statement on this other then what we saw. Anders was under his own power when he came out of the care center.
6:47
51 has confirmed that Peyton Sellers has won the Triple Crown however it is unclear whether or not he will be celebrating that win.

6:34
That rundown will also determine the VA Triple Crown champ. It still may have been Sellers though we also believe Bowling may have just eked his way into the picture.
6:33
6:33
The finishing order is not yet available as NASCAR has to review timing & scoring and determine the order due to the caution also being thrown as they came ot the checkered.
6:32

6:31
NASCAR officials tell 51 that the scoring tower ruled that Peyton Sellers did not go in the expected restart zone, ceding control to Pulliam.

6:23
There has been no official word from NASCAR if the race is over and, if so, who won it. Pulliam started doing donuts but NASCAR told him to stop.
6:22
Safety crews rush to the scene. (Speed51.com photo)
6:22
That was on the white flag lap. On the restart just a moment before, Lee Pulliam had gotten the jump on Sellers. In the drivers' meeting it was explained that the leader MUST beat second place to the line. NASCAR is now reviewing the restart.

Sellers and Lemons in trouble (Speed51.com photo)
6:21
Lemons and Sellers were racing for second with Yarbrough also there when Sellers and Yarbrough got together, with Sellers spinning around and getting t-boned by Anders.
6:21
Sam Yarbrough should be unofficially second.
6:20
It is not clear if Pulliam has won the race. He is doing donuts, but he we only saw the yellow being shown.
6:20
Sellers has climbed from the car, thank goodness. That was one violent lick Sellers took square in the driver's side from Anders.
6:19
Pulliam getting ahead on the restart. (Speed51.com photo)
6:19
WHITE FLAG: Pulliam is shown the white flag. Sellers has crashed in turn one and been t-boned hard by Anders.
6:19
GREEN FLAG: Sellers did not get going and Pulliam is long, long gone before they hit turn one. We will have to see what NASCAR says.
6:18
(Speed51.com photo)
6:18
Going to get the one to go again with the same result. Sellers and Darne both pick the inside, Pulliam and Lemons fill the outside. Pressley gets gas in his car.
6:17
Pressley stalls out of the top-five.(Speed51.com photo)
6:16
Looks like they are actually going to re-do the cone since the running order changed with a few stalls.
6:16
6:16
Coleman Pressley needed a push after he stalled. It's unclear what spot he'll be given in line, but he was 4th.
6:15
Puryear has a leak in the radiator and looks to be done.
6:15
Bowling, who was off the pace and lapped before the break, is back up to 9th.

We should mention that in the VA Triple Crown Series battle, Sellers should win the title if he brings home a top-five finish.

6:14
Darne chose the inside line and now it'll be Sellers and Pulliam door to door for the win.
6:14
Restart Order:

1 Sellers
2 Darne
3 Pulliam
4 Pressley
5 Lemons

Word from the Peters' pit is that it was an alternator belt.
6:03
Bassett pits with heavy damage too. To recap, Bassett appeared to miss a shift and got freight trained. They started wrecking around 7th. Up front, Sellers, Darne and Pulliam were bouncing off each other as the caution was displayed.
6:02

12:35
Now Shane Lee is by Lancaster.
12:34
Transfer battle is at Lancaster. Holdren pits.
12:34
Sorry folks, don't have a lap count available at the moment. Pressley has come to third over Carroll. Field getting strung out.
12:33
Lemons goes to the lead now with Garbo right on his bumper.
12:33
GREEN FLAG: Good jump for Lemons but Garbo is still even down the backstretch.
12:32
Lemons chose inside as did Carroll. Garbo is now your first car on the outside for the restart.

VanDyke and Caudill started the stack up. (Speed51.com photo)
12:27
Caudill drove past us with heavy damage. Pictures in a second. Second is now Justin Carroll.
12:26
Caudill was the first one around. Puryear also caught up with Snider and Holdren.
12:25
YELLOW FLAG: A number of cars pile up in turn three. The trigger for the incident appeared to have begun around the battle for third.
12:25
Thanks for being with us on this lovely afternoon.

GREEN FLAG: Lemons is clear into turn one while VanDyke tucks under Caudill.

12:24
Coming to the green.
12:24
Now, quick refresher on how the field will be set.

Peyton Sellers and Lee Pulliam are locked in. They will start p1 and p2.

From each of the next three heats, we will take the top ten.

Ten more will come from the last chance race, giving us 42 total starting.

We are rolling heat one.
12:21
Ronnie Bassett's team has withdrawn from today's race. The team was not thrilled with how the car was behaving mechanically and they will instead focus their efforts with brother Dillon.
12:19
The talent level in heat one rivals that of most short track features across the Southeast. You have two former winners sharing the front row along. Throw in a UARA champion in Pressley, Myrtle Beach stalwarts in Yarbrough and Lee, a Pro Cup winner in Puryear, and Kres VanDyke, the Tennessee state NASCAR champ this season.

The engines have fired with Pulliam, Sellers, Heat 2, and Heat 3 drivers clearing the frontstretch. Heat 1 should roll off straight from the frontstretch to their race.
12:12
Martinsville Speedway officials just informed us the reason the first heat was pushed back is that there are still fans lined up trying to buy tickets. Definitely a good problem to have. So track officials want to give everyone a chance to get in and take a seat.

Today may be a late model race, but whenever we're at Martinsville Speedway, we love seeing this picture in the media center. Richie Evans and Geoff Bodine wreck coming to the checkered in the 1981 Dogwood 250. Evans won in what is probably the most storied modified finish of all time (Martinsville Speedway photo)
11:47
Today is also the last race in the Virginia Triple Crown Late Model Series, a three-race tour held to commerate South Boston, Langley, and Martinsville's biggest races of the year. The winner of that title collects a cool extra $10K. Pole sitter Peyton Sellers looks to lock up his second straight title in that series though there are a number of others - Matt Bowling, Kaz Grala, and Tommy Lemons - that could challenge. Of course, if the driver wins both this race and the Triple Crown today, they could walk out of here with $35,000 in hand.

11:34
Not to our knowledge. The old NASCAR Southeast Series ran here quite a bit but that was back in the 90s before their rules resembled more of a SLM-type series.

Late Model Stocks are perimeter late models with some engine restrictions. They're still quite different from JEGS/CRA All-Star Tour cars, but they are more in that neighborhood than the CRA Supers.

9:58
Notes from the driver's meeting:

Most notably there will be an inversion of 1 to 25 during the halfway break.

Restart Procedures:

* Each restart will be a cone restart. That means drivers will choose inside line or outside line for each restart. There are no assigned rows, it is all drivers' choice when they get the one to go signal.
* If a driver hits a cone while trying to choose a line, they will restart from the back.
* Leader MUST be the first back to the line on any restart.

Race Procedures:

* Caution laps will count throughout the entire day - heats, LC, and feature.
* Cars may not pull up to pit.
* Teams may not change tires after the heats or last chance races. So fast qualifiers Sellers and Pulliam will have 25 fresher laps on their tires than 3rd-32nd, and 50 laps fresher than 33rd-42nd.
* Free pass in effect all race.
* Competition caution at lap 190
