The ARCA Glass City Gold Cup Late Model Series will pay tribute to one of their heroes on Saturday, June 22 with the running of the Joy Fair Memorial 100 at Flat Rock Speedway in Flat Rock, MI. To give an idea of how fast we are expecting cars to go in qualifying, the fast qualifier times thus far in the two FUPS Citrus County races this year have been a 13.568 and a 13.515. David Green set fast time for both events.

Kalamazoo Speedway in Michigan is the home of another edition of the now famous Super Stock Klash on Wednesday, June 12.  Last year, Outlaw Super Late Model track champion Phil Bozell hopped into a Super Stock and took the big-money top prize.  Who will take home the Super Stock Klash laurels this year?  Find out on June 12.  The Wednesday night event will be the younger sibling to the legendary Outlaw Super Late Model special, the 21st annual Kalamazoo Klash in August.

FUPS machines do not carry transponders and thus practice is untimed. Eric Stokes told us earlier in our coverage that he had been timing all the cars on his stopwatch and his #8 was the quickest machine by his unofficial count.
