It’s a brand new car for Dunn. He said they’re still trying to work out the “new car kinks.” They had to push start the car before qualifying. We talked to a few drivers throughout the day today including Stephen Nasse. Nasse expects the pole time to be somewhere near a 17.5 second lap. Only one driver has hit that mark this weekend so far. That was Jeff Choquette during the final practice session on Sunday.

Qualifying is shaping up to be very interesting here today. Most of the practice sessions have been under the clouds with colder temperatures. Drivers expect the track to be much different than anything they’ve raced on here this weekend.

He believes there may have been oil on the track because the car traveling in front of him also got loose in the same spot.
