One developing story we have run into this moring is that Jeff Fultz will likely not be racing today.  Fultz was welding on the 54 last night and got welders burn on his eye.  Team officials told 51 that they might be seeking a driver to run the 54, but wanted to check with Fultz before letting that happen.
