The late season tradition of the Winchester 400 weekend brings out fans and race teams alike. Another typical tradition for the event is very cold temperatures in the northern part of Indiana. It is currently 44 degrees out with mostly cloudy skies and winds gusting up to 16 miles per hour. The 36 degree wind chill though has not kept all the fans from coming out for todays preliminary events.
