That was a brief burst of rain but the sun is already back out. Radar is still showing plenty of rain around us but the good news is that the band of heavy rain is now heading more east than north, so we should escape this system sooner than expected.
3:02
If you’re joining us from other parts of this great country, this is what we call in the South a ‘real gullywasher’.
3:01
Unfortunately, the rain is back in full force now. The main band is finally moving in looking at the radar and the track is again quiet.
2:59
Renegades are practicing now. Track is probably about half-dry.
2:57
2:56
We’ve been lucky thus far in that the storm has not fully hit the track. It’s skirting the track for now and Renegades may practice here after all to help dry the track back.

It’s not pouring, but it has been enough to soak the racetrack. The main band of rain is still a few minutes away, so we will have to wait that out.
