We spoke to an ARCA official who confirmed that they are estimating cars being on the track at 12:00pm.

In addition, it was relayed to 51 that they will need about 4-5hrs of green flag laps in order to consider today’s session complete. In the event that cars can not get on the track before 1:00-2:00, the ‘rain date’ for this session is tomorrow at 9:00am.
