This is the fourth appearance for the ARCA Midwest Tour at Marshfield Motor Speedway. In 2008, Tim Schendel was the winner. The series returned in 2011 with Jason Weinkauf taking the win in a caution-free race. Last year, Jonathan Eilen won the race en route to his championship and it was a week before his marriage to Krystle, who is joining us on Trackside Now presented by B&B Racing Engines tonight.

Wayne Brevik, Promoter of Marshfield Motor Speedway in Marshfield, WI, has announced the White Knight 99+1 Super Late Model event on Thursday, July 25th. This will be the second event of the Yellow River Racing Series. The event will honor the late Dick Trickle. It will have a 43-car starting field that will pay $3,000 to win. All competitors will receive two tires and two pit passes. Also, the general admission will be $4.99 for adults, $2.99 for students, and 8 and under are free. ARCA Midwest Tour cars are going through pre-qualifying tech now. Earlier today in practice. Jason Weinkauf had an oil line issue which they fixed. He did drop oil on the track which caused a short delay in the session. Kelsey Bauer spun coming out of turn four, but had no damage and was able to continue.

This is the fourth time the ARCA Midwest Tour has competed at Marshfield Motor Speedway. Their first visit was in 2008 with Tim Schendel taking the victory. The series returned in 2011 with Jason Weinkauf grabbing the win in a caution-free event. Last year, Jonathan Eilen won the race a week prior to getting married to his bride Krystal.
