Millbridge Speedway is the new breeding ground for future NASCAR stars! In 2011 the Burnett’s took over Millbridge Speedway to convert it to a premier Outlaw Kart Track! The track has seen much needed improvements over the last 3 years including new lights, new walls, and a new configuration for 2013. The Mini Outlaw karts put on an amazing show with 2 and 3 wide racing throughout the field. Millbridge Speedway is only open on select Wednesday nights for racing. This enables people who travel or race at other venues on the weekends to race with us and has a good time during the week. Click here for more information.

Grant Enfinger called today a signature win.

"It didn't just start here, it started in testing in December. We had a really, really good car. We were able to practice good and we weren't any under crazy stress. I think the track position was a bit part of our win today. We were able to stay up front and battle it out. I just can't say enough about Team BCR. Being able to run with the organizations is just incredible for all of us."

On the final restart with less than 10 laps remaining, Enfinger was nervous, but still confident, that his No. 90 could hold off the field.

"I felt like something like that (last caution) ould've happened. We were going back and forth on the (restart) strategy, but Frank and I have run each other really clean in the past and I knew I could take his line away.

Enfinger's track position and strong car that never left the top six all day helped put him in position to win here at Daytona.

"I was content running second behind the 4 car (Kwasniewski) for a while, but after we had a restart I could get around him. That kind of surprised me. It was a little bit of a risk, but I wanted to see what it'd be like later in the race and it worked. I thought we'd have something that could win the race, but there's so many variables."

Today's win was Enfinger's third-career ARCA victory. He won at his home track of Mobile International Speedway as well as Iowa Speedway last year. But winning at Daytona is a whole other thrill.

"I think this means everything to everybody," said the Fairhope, Alabama driver. "Everybody knows Daytona. Everybody knows this race forever. More than just for me personally and what it does for my career, it's great for Team BCR. To win in the biggest race in front of the biggest crowd all year, it means a lot to all of us."

Second-place finisher Frank Kimmel on the final restart

"Clay really wasn't pushing really hard, so I think it finished the way it would've finished no matter what. I saw Clay and he backed off and got behind me, so I went wide open just to catch up to Grant. The way this package is, by yourself you're not going to catch anybody. I'm very happy with a second-place finish, but the car really didn't run well enough by itself."

Clay Campbell, today's third-place finisher, was ecstatic with his podium finish.

"All I was thinking about on that last restart was if Frank pulled out, I was coming with him," said Campbell. "We were lucky and fortunately for me, the leaders slowed down enough that I could start in second gear. The previous restarts I was in third, and that's not ideal. I was able to hang with Frank on that last one. I had a great spotter, Tab Boyd, keeping me calm up there. It's hard to have enough patience to stay in line and not make a move."

Was today's race fun for the veteran racer and President of Martinsville Speedway?

"It was a blast. I think I need to wait a couple months to do it again, though. You've got to have a great car. If you don't have a great car to do it, you're out to lunch. Ken Schrader gave me a great car. We got through the first skirmish and that was key."

Would he give up his day job at Martinsville to keep racing with runs like this?

"I think I better keep that one."

Campbell is racing just here at Daytona and at Talladega in ARCA competition this year.

6:21
Chase Elliott told FOX Sports 1 that he did not make contact with Buster Graham to start the early melee.

"It was really really close," Elliott told FOX Sports 1. "I never touched him. It was just an air thing. I know it’s close, but I didn’t hit his bumper, so I’m not concerned about it."

We just spoke to Tyler Reddick. He was happy with how his car was in the draft. His goal for the race is to get to the halfway mark and see where he goes from there. He did confirm that he is in the #22 Cunningham Motorsports car to get approved for the Truck race on Friday. He will be driving for Brad Keselowski this year in the Truck Series.

ARCA Race Day Note (provided by ARCA PR):
Dylan Kwasniewski, on the pole for his second straight ARCA race, will be racing full-time in the NASCAR Nationwide Series this season and is a past NASCAR Next participant. He said Friday that he has a lot of respect for the veterans in the ARCA garage.

“The way I look at it is they were like us once, too, trying to prove themselves,” he said. “I’m glad I ran at Kansas to learn a little bit about how these guys are going to race me. This is a good series. To be 18 and on the pole at Daytona is amazing.”

Kwasniewski is the first driver to win both the NASCAR K&N East and K&N West championships. He made his ARCA debut at Kansas, winning the pole and finished in the top five for Venturini Motorsports in October.

We just spoke to ARCA President Ron Drager regarding Spencer Gallagher's DQ. Drager said that there are two areas that have a zero tolerance at restrictor plate tracks. One is the restrictor plate and the other is any kind of lowering device. This particular device was a mechanical device and Drager didn't provide the specific details. He also said that they will get back to the office this week and determine if any other penalties will be handed out. When asked about allowing Gallagher to race in the 20 car, that was a decision to show the team that they are still invited to compete in the series.

Qualifying was held here at Daytona and it was wild both on the track and in the tech area.

Eight-time ARCA Racing Series winner at Daytona Bobby Gerhart set fast time in qualifying, but that time was disallowed in post-qualifying  tech due to a U-bolt issue in the rear end of the No. 5.    Gerhart wasn't the only one with issues in the tech room, however.

Four of the top-10 qualifiers had their times disallowed and a fifth was  disqualified altogether.   Venturini Motorsports teammates Justin Boston and Leilani Munter were found to have spring violations in tech, while Tyler Reddick and Gerhart had  rear-end  violations.   Those four drivers each received provisional starting spots and will compete in today's race.

The fifth driver with a tech infraction was Spencer Gallagher, who was found to have a mechanical lowering device in his No. 23 car.   Gallagher's car  was subsequently disqualified from the event.   But, because his teammate Scott Sheldon locked into the field with a 27th-place qualifying effort, Gallagher will take over Sheldon's ride today  and will be taking the green flag  in the No. 20 car.

Lance McGrew tells us that Chase Elliott will not be going out for practice this morning. They did a 13-lap draft run with Dylan Kwasniewski and Clay Campbell on Thursday and were satisfied with that.
