Comment From KidRoberts

Is there some sort of schedule snag on the 15th?

1:01
We’ve been informed by CRA Officials that the Top Speed Fabrication CRA Late Model Sportsman Series and CRA Street Stocks Series will NOT Qualify and instead will start by points and have drawn for an inversion based off of the cars that are here today.

The CRA Late Model Sportsman Draw was a “7”

The CRA Street Stocks Draw was an “8”

12:59
No matter what happens here today, the next race for the ARCA/CRA Super Series will be on Saturday, September 8th as the series makes its first ever stop to the fast 1/4 (0.250) mile semi-banked paved oval of Flat Rock Speedway, located south of Detroit in Flat Rock, Michigan for the running of the 7-Up 125.

12:53
That is what CRA & Winchester Officials have to figure out due to scheduling issues with both the series’ and the track. The only open weekend available for both parties is September 21-23rd.
12:52
Comment From KidRoberts

If it’s rescheduled, that would probably be a day show…correct?

12:52
Everyone here in the Tower is optimistic that we can get the show in today. Although everyone is also monitoring their laptops eyeing another potential heavy downpour that seems to be heading this way. If it turns, we’ll be in good shape, if it doesn’t…. You can fill in the rest from there.
12:51
Comment From Winchester native

I see sun..have faith, its gonna happen!

12:49
Once again we have at least 20+ vehicles on the race track in an effort to dry the track off one more time…. No change of color yet as the last shower dumped a good amount of moisture on the grounds.

11:52
Not a good sign as ARCA/CRA Super Series Chief Starter, Brian Duncan has thrown the red flag sending everyone back to the pits as the rains continue to get heavier and heavier and in turn, we have lost the track once again.
11:49
Unfortunately the rain is getting heavier here in Winchester, Indiana as the cars are staying on the track in a last ditch effort to keep it dry.

If we lose the track again today, CRA & Winchester Officials will be meeting once again in the privacy of the Track Offices to determine what to do for the remainder of today and looking ahead to the coming weeks.
