Have a need for speed? Well then you’ll find no shortage of it at Michigan’s Kalamazoo Speedway on September 15th. The 2012 edition of the “Call of the Wild” will feature a “Run What Ya Brung” Outlaw Spectacular,” where drivers will try to set an all-time record lap at Kalamazoo.

It’s hard to forget Andy Bozell’s wild wing on his Outlaw car that set a blistering lap of 10.020 seconds around Kalamazoo, which set a new 3/8-mile track world record. This year, there is a bonus of at least $999 that will go to a driver who sets a lap in the nine-second bracket.

Feature racing for the Outlaw cars, as well as for Outlaw Mini Stocks and Outlaw FWD cars will also thrill the fans on September 15th.
