The Alabama 200 will be 200 green flag laps.  Laps under the caution flag will not count.  There will be a competition caution at lap 125, with a 10 minute break.  Teams will be have eight Hoosier tires at their disposal for the course of the race, and can be used how ever they see fit.  Addtionally, teams will be required to have two pre-approved scuffed tires in their pit in case of an emergency blow out.
3:12
The driver's meeting today welcomed Dan Spence to the officiating crew for the Alabama 200, joining Ivo Estes, Ricky Brooks and a host of supporting staff.  Spence is the race director at Mobile International Speedway in Irvington (AL) and Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola (FL).

Practice has just concluded.  We will have times from all the practice sessions shortly.  We've now caught up from our technical difficulties and will be resuming live updates.
2:31
The Robbins team is still working on the front end, making ride bight adjustments.

2:31
One driver that hasn't spent much time on track today is Hunter Robbins. The Show Me the Money Series points leader likes the feel of his car.

2:30
Bobby Reuse is once again on track. Reuse comes into the Alabama 200 with a shot at a strong points finish.
2:29
Talked with David Jones. When asked about the feel of his car he just shrugged. Jones had spent more time on track today than most anyone else.

2:29
Tyler Miles on track, looks loose off of turn four.
2:29
This is the time of the day that the green flag will be falling tomorrow. The weather is expected to be much the same as it is today, fair skies and comfortable temperatures in the mid 80s. Just over 30 mins remain in Alabama 200 practice.

2:28
Moore told us the car is a little loose, but he feels it will be good come race time tomorrow.

2:28
Jake Moore is taking time to study the lines of his competition as his teams works on their shock combination.

2:28
Chase Oliver is fighting a loose condition. He told us his spin was due to old tires with trash on them.
2:27
Donnie Hamrac is glad to be back, and in the seat of his racer, he tells us that he doesn't really feel sore. Hamrac is back after suffering from a broken back in a violent crash at Five Flags earlier this season.
2:26
Bill Bethea, Jake Moore and Bobby Reuse are on track.
2:26
Chase Oliver has looped his number 5 car on the exit of turn two, bringing out a brief yellow. No contact, practice continues.
2:26
Daniel Bolden, Tyler Miles, and Chade Knox are now running laps.
2:26
Practice is underway. David Jones and Chase Oliver are the diets cars out.
2:26
Add Chase Oliver to the list of cars here today.
2:25
The drivers meeting is finishing up here at MMS. Practice is set to begin at 12:30PM CST
