Salem, IN — Toledo Speedway officials announce today that they have received permission to conduct racing events with spectators in the grandstands, including the scheduled September 19th 32nd Annual Glass City 200, which will feature a 100 lap ARCA/CRA Super Series Powered by JEGS feature, a 100 lap ARCA Gold Cup Outlaw Late Model feature, along with the Victory Custom Trailers CRA Junior Late Models with 8 lap heat races and a 25 lap feature.
Toledo Speedway is finalizing plans to host race teams with fans in the grandstands for the Glass City 200 on September 19th. Grandstand ticketing will be limited to 1,500 with a standard admission price of $25 per person, with specified seating locations to ensure social distancing and presale offering contactless purchasing. With the limited seating for that event, fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets as soon as possible. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, September 1st at 9 a.m. All ticket sales will ONLY be available online at www.toledospeedway.com.
In accordance with the August 19th State of Ohio Department of Health Director’s Order, Toledo Speedway’s plan for strict adherence to the guidelines outlined has resulted in approval by the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department for limited spectator attendance in the grandstands.
As a priority, the safety and health of participants, spectators and employees will require all attendees to follow guidelines posted at www.toledospeedway.com as a condition for admission.
Spectator Gates will open for the Glass City 200 event on September 19th at 3pm, racing will begin at 5pm. The rain date is Sunday, September 20th at 1 p.m.
