#TheNew51 has arrived. After months of behind the scenes work, the Speed51.com team is pleased to pull back the curtain on a brand-new website for the 2019 short track racing season and beyond.
The new, state-of-the-art website will serve as the go-to source for race fans who are looking to consume short track racing content.
With the growth of the popular Speed51 Network—an online subscription-based video network – the new website will allow fans to access all of Speed51’s video content more conveniently.
Speed51 Network premium subscribers will be able to view many of the latest videos right on the homepage, as the videos “slide” through the top of the page. From there, once you click a video, you will have the option to click a right or left arrow that will take you to the most recent videos posted on the network.
Logging into your Speed51 account will also be easy, as we’ve added a new login space just below the top story slider on the homepage. Once you are logged in, you will be able to easily view your account and edit your profile.
The process of ordering and viewing live pay-per-view broadcasts has been simplified in comparison to the old website. A new “Live Video” button at the top right of the home page will take you to our full live video schedule that will provide you with information such as the estimated start times for broadcasts and the links to watch and/or sign up to watch live video streams.
#TheNew51 is also more mobile friendly for those who prefer to follow along on the go, with updates, videos and the latest stories available at your fingertips.
On both the mobile and browser-based websites, there will be a “Trending” section where fans will be able to view the hottest stories each day on Speed51.com. As you scroll down the page, you will be able to find specific categories for Speed51 Network Videos, Late Models, Dirt Cars, Modifieds, Stock Cars, Other Cars, Other News and the Snowball Derby. There is also a category that will display the most recent stories posted on Speed51.
The new Speed51.com will continue to deliver all of the quality short track racing news and coverage you have come to expect. On race days, fans will be able to visit the website and get a look at all of the at-track coverage we have to offer, including our popular Trackside Now and Race Day Now coverage, as well as live video streams.
One of the more popular features on Speed51.com, the PFC Brakes racing calendar, will also carry over to the new website. Race fans can access the most in-depth short track racing schedule on the web by clicking the “Schedules” tab at the top of the page.
We encourage race fans to take a few minutes to get to know #TheNew51 and become familiar with the new layout as we get ready for another jam-packed year of short track racing coverage on Speed51.com.
Individuals or businesses interested in advertising on Speed51.com — including on our popular Trackside Now coverage — are encouraged to email [email protected] for more information.
