In today’s racing world, becoming a star takes more than just on-track performance. Just like the high component braking systems and components offered by StopTech, it takes the full package. Part of that package involves a driver’s presence, creativity and ability to interact with fans on social media.
With that in mind, Speed51 has teamed up with StopTech to recognize a “Social Star” each month during the 2020 racing season.
Travis Braden shocked the short track racing world when he announced he was looking for a ride to defend his Snowball Derby title after Team Platinum said they will not enter any more races in 2020. The West Virginia driver received support from around the industry after the announcement.
I know I don’t have a TON of reach on the pavement side of things – but @TrBraden is both a hell of a wheelman and a hell of a good dude. Would be a shame to see the defending Snowball Derby champ without a solid ride.
