In today’s racing world, becoming a star takes more than just on-track performance. Just like the high component braking systems and components offered by StopTech, it takes the full package. Part of that package involves a driver’s presence, creativity and ability to interact with fans on social media.
With that in mind, Speed51 has teamed up with StopTech to recognize a “Social Star” each month during the 2020 racing season.
The Winchester Speedway social media channels have been revitalized in a big way over the last two months in advance of this year’s 49th running of the Winchester 400.
The @FastestHalfMile Twitter page has been one of the most active accounts in short track racing. Over the last few weeks and months, we have seen driver takeovers, sneak peeks at drivers competing in the Winchester 400, and even a conversation that convinced a driver to file a Winchester 400 entry.
