In today’s racing world, becoming a star takes more than just on-track performance. Just like the high component braking systems and components offered by StopTech, it takes the full package. Part of that package involves creativity and ability to interact with fans on social media.
With that in mind, Speed51.com has teamed up with StopTech to recognize a “Social Star” each month during the 2019 racing season.
This month, one driver was the talk of the town when it was announced that he would be making his NASCAR Cup Series debut in July at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. While the majority of comments from those familiar with this blue collar driver were encouraging and supportive, there were of course the naysayers.
Andy Seuss didn’t get mad about those naysayers. Instead, he decided to have a little fun with them.

Seuss’ Tweet received over 500 likes, as well as a fist bump from NASCAR Hall-of-Famer Mark Martin and reaction from other racers such as Ryan Preece and Rick Ware Racing teammate Austin Theriault.
For being a conversation starter and showing his true colors while in the spotlight, Andy Seuss has been named the StopTech Social Star of the Month for June 2019.
