One night of racing remains at Millbridge Speedway for 600cc Micro Sprints ahead of the TRD Keith Kunz Motorsports Giveback Classic presented by Rowdy Energy. That night of racing just got a lot more intense, with two features paying a total of $1,500 to win for the Micro Sprints.
The Dooling Machine Products Prelude to the KKM Giveback Classic will boast two feature races for Non Wing Micro Sprints. One feature will utilize the Millbridge Speedway weekly rules, utilizing the U6SA Micro Sprint rulebook. The other will utilize Outlaw rules.
The U6SA feature will pay $500 to win, while the Outlaw feature will pay $1,000 to win. The event also marks the final night of Wedneday points racing for Millbridge Speedway, meaning track champions will be decided in the Micro Sprints as well as the Open and Intermediate Outlaw Karts.
“We are just a couple of weeks away from the TRD Keith Kunz Motorsports Giveback Classic presented by Rowdy Energy, and we couldn’t be more excited,” said Millbridge Speedway co-owner Ashly Burnett. “With that said, we wanted to sweeten the pot for the Dooling Machine Products Prelude to the Giveback Classic.”
After being an Outlaw Kart event in 2018, the TRD Keith Kunz Motorsports Giveback Classic presented by Rowdy Energy will feature the 600cc Non-Wing Micro Sprints. Monday, November 2 will be an open practice night for teams, with Tuesday night reserved for preliminary action. Wednesday, November 4 will be headlined by the 67-lap A-Feature to decide the winner of the 2nd KKM Giveback Classic.
In addition to a KKM ride in the Chili Bowl, the race will also pay $5,000 to the winner. If the winning driver is ineligible to compete in the Chili Bowl due to age or if he/she already has a ride for the event, the winner will receive a $10,000 bonus.
