Three action-packed days of racing will be held this weekend, September 18-20, during the 55th Annual Star Classic at Star Speedway. Fans out of town and unable to make it to the Epping, New Hampshire race track will be able to watch live on Speed51.TV with a monthly or yearly subscription.
Recently contested as a two-day event, this year’s Star Classic will feature an additional day of racing and more action than ever before.
The busy weekend will begin Friday, September 18 with the Granite State Pro Stock Series going 100 laps in the night’s main event. Classic Lites, Six Shooters and Pure Stocks will also be in action. Speed51.TV’s live broadcast will begin at approximately 6:20 p.m. ET for the start of qualifying.
On Saturday, it will be all about the wings at Star Speedway. Four divisions of winged race cars will be in action, headlined by the 55th Bob Webber Sr. Memorial Star Classic for the ISMA Supermodifieds. 350 Supermodifieds will also be competing in their biggest race of the year, the Randy Witkum Memorial 60. NEMA Midgets and NEMA Lites will join the card for a full night of winged racing. Speed51.TV’s live broadcast will begin at approximately 4:15 p.m. ET for the start of qualifying.
Sunday’s racing program will provide a good mixture of grassroots racing, with the Modified Racing Series, Late Models and Street Stocks in action. A full field of Modifieds will be going 100 laps in the Modified Racing Series main event. Speed51.TV’s live broadcast will begin at approximately 12:45 p.m. for the start of qualifying.
Race fans unable to make it to Star Speedway will be able to watch all three days of racing action by becoming a monthly or yearly subscriber on Speed51.TV.
