Speed51 to Host Elite Chili Bash Sim Race

Since last September, Speed51 has partnered with Elite Racing League in hosting the Speed51 Elite Modified Tour as well as other sim racing events such as the Speed51 Elite Snowball Derby.  On Tuesday, January 21, sim racers can compete in another major event, the Speed51 Elite Chili Bash.

During the event, sim racers will be able to compete in dirt midgets at the virtual Tulsa Expo Raceway, with the action broadcasted live for free on Speed51.

The event will feature a full race format, with heat races and consolation features utilized to compose the field for the 75-lap main event.  Further details on the format will be made available once the amount of entries are determined.

The entry fee will be $20 for each driver, with 100 percent of entry fee money going to the purse of the race.  Drivers are requested to not submit the entry fee until they are accepted into the event group.

Racing will begin at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday, January 21 in the chase to crown the Speed51 Elite Chili Bash Champion.  The race will be streamed live on Speed51 for free.
