While most of the continent remains locked in Old Man Winter’s icy grip, Speed51 continues to bring the heat of short track racing’s first events of 2020 live to your homes on the Speed51 Network. This weekend, we have two events coming your way that could not be any more different from each other, with one inside up in the cold north and the other outside in the balmy south. Both events will be available to monthly and yearly subscribers at no additional cost.
This Friday night and Saturday evening, the Clash at the Coliseum returns to action for the first time since December at the Illinois State Fairgrounds Coliseum in Springfield for another two days of Karting action. Catch a wide variety of classes, including Open Outlaws, Predators, Clones, and more take on the tight dirt oval that has been laid out under the Coliseum roof.
Friday night’s broadcast will begin when racing begins at t 8 p.m. CT / 9 p.m. ET, while Saturday’s broadcast will get the green flag at 5 p.m. CT / 6 p.m. ET.
For those who are also looking for some full-size racecars in their lives this winter, we have you covered on Saturday night, as Citrus County Speedway in Florida kicks off their 2020 racing schedule with a 75-lap Super Late Model feature headlining the program. Many of the Sunshine State’s best SLM drivers, including Jesse Dutily, Anthony Sergi, Anthony Cataldi, Michael Atwell, and Wayne Anderson have confirmed their entries.
Speed51 will go live at Citrus County for the Super Late Models at around 9 p.m. ET.
Again, both of these events are available to Speed51 Network subscribers. If you don’t have a 51 Network subscription, be sure to sign up today; yearly for $79.99 or monthly for $9.99. Click here to sign up now.
