Southern Super Series Finale Postponed by Tropical Weather

New Smyrna Beach, FL – The Southern Super Series Finale Hart to Heart 100 at New Smyrna Speedway (FL) has been postponed to Sunday October, 20 due to tropical weather expected on the East Coast of Florida on Saturday.

“We are so excited to have the Southern Super Series finale here at New Smyrna Speedway, said track general manager Rusty Marcus. “We are disappointed that we have to change the schedule due to rain in the area,” but to quote our track owner Robert Hart,  ‘You can’t control the weather.’ We look forward to this race on Sunday and hope to see everyone here.”

While the schedule is being ironed out, track officials have confirmed that the pit gates will open at 8:00am Sunday morning and plan to go racing at 3:00pm Eastern.

For those who cannot make it, the Hart to Heart 100 will be the first race streamed live from New Smyrna Speedway on Speed51.
