Snowball Derby Ticket Renewal Process Pushed Back

While ticket renewal and upgrade forms for the 53rd Annual Snowball Derby have been mailed out, fans interested in keeping their seats for this year’s event at Five Flags Speedway will have more time to do so.

In light of the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Five Flags Speedway has extended the starting date for processing renewals to June 1.  This process was originally scheduled to begin on April 1.

“Due to the current health situation, ticket renewals for the 53rd Annual Snowball Derby, originally scheduled to begin on April 1, have been pushed back, and will now begin on June 1,” said Five Flags Speedway promoter Tim Bryant.  “Ticket order forms are currently in the mail as a reminder to everyone about the date for this year’s event, to be held December 3thru 6.

While the start date for ticket renewals has been pushed back, the deadline for renewals remains August 1.  Unsold seats will be available to the general public later in August, after the venue has taken a couple of weeks to process all renewals and seat upgrades.

“No ticket renewals will be processed prior to June 1, and the deadline for renewals will remain August 1.  All unsold seats will go on sale to the general public beginning on August 24.”

The 53rdAnnual Snowball Derby is scheduled for December 2-6.  It is a week full of racing and fun at the Pensacola, Florida half-mile, all building towards the most prestigious Super Late Model race in North America.
