Speed51’s Short Track America returns tonight at 7 p.m. ET on MAVTV, featuring the Speed51 Open from North Carolina’s Millbridge Speedway. Drivers from around the country converged on the 1/6th mile for the richest Outlaw Kart race in the country.
The Speed51 Open featured plenty of action between stars like NASCAR Cup Series driver Kyle Larson and DIRTcar UMP Modified ace Nick Hoffman, who returned to their dirt-racing roots for the 51-lap Open Division Outlaw Kart race. Along with the main feature, viewers will be able watch the “Back Row Bonus” challenge, where California driver Chase Madjic battled for a chance to win over $30,000. The one-hour broadcast on MAVTV will showcase all of the action with multiple camera angles, in-car cameras and exclusive interviews.
Speed51.com’s Bob Dillner will be joined in the booth by Millbridge Speedway track announcers Jacob Seelman and Casey LaJoie to call all of the action, with Wesley Outland bringing race fans the biggest stories from the pits.
Fans who miss the Speed51 Open on Speed51’s Short Track America will be able to catch a second airing of the race at 10 p.m. ET Wednesday night. For the early birds, the race airs a third time on Thursday morning at 4 a.m. before the final scheduled airing next Wednesday at 5 a.m. ET.
