RoC Gives Thanks After Being Named ‘Best Touring Series of 2017’

Buffalo, New York — On behalf of the staff and management of the Race of Champions Series we would like to thank our loyal fans, participants, tracks, series promoters and other people throughout the short track racing industry for taking the time to vote on Speed51.com in regard to the “Speed51.com Best Touring Series of 2017”.

 

It is an honor to be the recipient of such an award along with the increased visibility this provides for all of the Series the Race of Champions presents.

 

We would also like to thank everyone at Speed51.com led by short track media enthusiast and recognized motorsports television personality Bob Dillner. Dillner has been a supporter of modified racing throughout his entire life beginning on Long Island and continues to have a positive impact and provide a great media platform for the recognition of the Race of Champions family of Series and all of short track racing throughout North America.

 

In addition, we would like to recognize that Lake Erie Speedway in North East, Pa., and the Race of Champions 250 was nominated and recognized in the Best Racing Destination category, as well as George Skora, III of Eden, N.Y., finishing as the runner-up to the legendary Scott Bloomquist in the “Short Track Bad Boy” category.
