Throughout the summer, Speed51’s Short Track America has showcased the best of short track racing on both dirt and asphalt from all parts of the nation on MAVTV. This has included the fast action of the Deep South Crane Blizzard Series Super Late Models at Five Flags Speedway. Now, Speed51 is getting ready to bring the excitement of the Allen Turner Pro Late Models at Five Flags to the MAVTV airwaves.

In addition to the season finale for the Blizzard Series, cameras will be rolling for the final round of the 2018 Allen Turner Hyundai Pro Late Model Series, both of which will be running this Saturday, September 22 at the Pensacola, Florida half-mile oval.

Top Pro Late Model teams from across the Southeast and beyond will be on the Florida Gulf Coast for 100 laps of racing action for the final Pro Late Model prize at Five Flags before coming back in December for the Allen Turner Hyundai Snowflake 100.

Late Model star Casey Roderick leads the point standings entering the final race, but he will be challenged by a number of drivers including West Coast ace Derek Thorn.  Other Pro Late Model stars including Chris Davidson, Connor Okrzesik and Giovanni Bromante are also expected to be in competition.

Additionally, don’t be surprised to see a few invaders show up to begin preparations for the Snowflake 100 in December.

Saturday’s Allen Turner Pro Late Model 100 will first air on a tape-delayed basis at 7 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 24.  The Blizzard Series finale will air one week later at 7 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 31.  Additional airings will follow these initial broadcast times.
