PRA Tours Rescheduling Series Finale

PRA Tour officials have announced that Saturday’s Prelude to the North-Shootout Championship Night at Caraway Speedway (NC) has been postponed to next, Saturday, October 26th due to inclement weather forecasts.

With Jeremy Gerstner leading John Smith by only five markers in Southern Modified Racing Series points, PRA officials want everything to be right going into the season finale.

“Unfortunately, with all the forecast showing 100% of rain, it is best to postpone the event to next Saturday,” said PRA Tours Promoter Rene Hackett. “Once again, the championship for our SMRS Modifieds will come down to the last event. We have put a lot of consideration into our decision and feel it is best for our fans, competitors and PRA Tour officials to postpone.”

The program will mirror this Saturday’s original schedule, with the exception of adding a trick or treat and a costume contest in conjunction with the move closer to Halloween. During the on-track autograph session kids will be treated with candy from their favorite drivers.
