PPV Broadcast Announced for Haunted Hundred at Seekonk

A pair of the Northeast’s premier touring series will conclude their seasons during the Haunted Hundred event at Seekonk Speedway (MA) this Saturday, October 26.  Once again, the season finales for both the Tri-Track Open Modified Series and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North will be broadcast live via a pay-per-view broadcast on Speed51.com.

Race fans unable to make it to the “Cement Palace” in Seekonk, Massachusetts will be able to watch qualifying heats and features by purchasing a live video ticket for $24.99.  Video tickets can be purchased today by clicking here.

“Over the last two years, this event has become a fall spectacular for racing fans in the Northeast,” said Speed51 Content Manager, Brandon Paul.  “When you mix the ground-pounding Modifieds and the Northeast’s fastest full-bodied race cars, you have the recipe for a can’t-miss event.  Seekonk Speedway is known for putting on fantastic racing with both Modifieds and Late Models, so we’re likely going to be in for another exciting event this weekend.”

Over $6,000 will be on the line for a stout field of Tri-Track Open Modified Series, with the 2019 series champion also set to be decided.  Open Wheel Wednesday winner Ronnie Williams enters the event with a 23-point lead over “Big Money” Matt Hirschman, the defending winner of the Haunted Hundred.  Matt Swanson, driving the historic Ole Blue No. 3 Modified, sits 29 points back in the standings.

On the PASS North Super Late Model side of things, only eight points separate championship contenders Derek Griffith and defending series champion DJ Shaw.  They will be joined by some of the region’s biggest names, as well as a strong local contingent from Seekonk that will attempt to steal the show on their home turf.

In addition to the two touring series races, there will also be a 50-lap ACT-type Late Model race paying $2,000 to win.

The live video stream on Speed51.com will be a one-camera broadcast with audio from the track’s public address system. The broadcast will begin at approximately 1 p.m. ET with qualifying heats.

Race fans who cannot make it to Seekonk but wish to watch the fall spectacular can do so for just $24.99. Annual subscribers to the Speed51 Network will receive 10% off the purchase of a live pay-per-view video ticket.

The video stream will feature a 100-mile blackout radius around the Seekonk, Massachusetts area.
