Clover, SC – Bubba Pollard dominated both Five Flags Speedway, FL and Mobile International Speedway, AL to complete the Gulf Coast Sweep.
Pollard raced down to the wire to score the third of four Blizzard Series Super Late Model races. With Pollard being the series defending champion, he was determined to have a win.
“We broke out a new car this weekend,” said Pollard. “It was pretty fast.”
At Mobile International Speedway, Pollard pulled in another big win, claiming his 10th career Southern Super Series race to complete the Gulf Coast sweep.
With no cautions and a slight fall out when the car jumped out of gear, Pollard had to quickly make his way back up front. After running through the field, Pollard was running three-tenths quicker than the leader, Wilson, by lap 69. Running down on the inside lane, Pollard drove across the checkered line into victory.
Pollard took the title as the first SSS drive to claim 10 career series wins.
The No.26 Super Late Model car is fully equipped with PFC’s ZR34 ZeroDrag™ calipers, ZeroFailures™ discs, and CarbonMetallic© pads.
