You Must Be a Registered User on Speed51 to Purchase & View Pay-Per-View Events
(Mobile Users: turn device horizontally)
In order to purchase a Pay-Per-View event you have to have a Speed51 account (unpaid / free). This allows us to match your purchase with your account to allow you to view the PPV.
*Having a Speed51 account (unpaid / free) does not get you access to on-demand videos or certain live events; that is reserved from Speed51 Network Premium Subscribers – click here for more info
What is included in each Membership Level?
Basic – This option is free if you would like to purchase a live pay-per-view ticket. You will not receive access to the on-demand video library or select live events that are exclusive to premium members. Each pay-per-view ticket gives you access to the on-demand replay for that particular event.
Premium Membership (Monthly) – This option is $9.99/month, recurring and billed on the same date each month it was started until canceled. You will receive access to thousands of on-demand videos and over 50 live events in 2019. You also have the ability to purchase pay-per-view tickets with this membership level.
Premium Membership (Yearly) – This option is $79.99/year, recurring and billed on the same date each year it was started until canceled. You will receive a 10% discount toward each pay-per-view ticket. You also receive access to thousands of on-demand videos and over 50 live events in 2019.
Can I upgrade my basic membership to a Premium membership?
Yes. You may upgrade your basic membership to a premium membership at any time by logging in and joining the monthly or yearly program.
Do you offer one “all-inclusive” membership to everything you offer?
At this time, we do not offer a universal membership that includes every PPV event plus the on-demand library. The “crown jewel” events are still mostly PPV. There are many aspects that are involved with each track/event/series and that is where it stands currently.
Can I share a membership?
No, memberships are exclusive to the sole user.
How do I know if my internet is strong enough to stream the live events included with the memberships or for a single pay-per-view event?
We recommend a strong, direct connection of at least 15 mbps for the best quality. Wifi speeds can vary from minute to minute dependent on several factors. Internet providers sell you internet speeds best on the fastest possible speed for that service but that does not guarantee that you are getting those speeds at all times.
Always check your own, current, internet speeds before proceeding. You can do so for free at: www.speedtest.net or www.speedof.me.
Do you offer technical support with my smart TV or secondary device?
No, we do not offer direct technical support on secondary devices, but most people generally have good results using them.
Where can I get technical support?
Please email [email protected] for technical support. We have customer service representatives standing by during all live-streamed events to handle any issues that may arise.
I’m not sure if my membership purchase went through or if it is expired. Is there a way to check?
Please email [email protected] with any membership questions.
How do I cancel my membership?
Please email [email protected] with your username or email address associated with the account in need of cancelation.
Where can I find the on-demand video library once I subscribe?
Once you’re logged into your account, click the “videos” tab, or use this link: http://speed51.com/racing-videos/
Do you have a schedule of the live events that are included in the monthly/yearly membership?
We sure do! It can be found under the “live events” tab, or use this link: http://speed51.com/51livetv-events/
Where can I find the on-demand replay of an event?
Full-length replays are included with each PPV event ticket. They are not available for premium members unless you have purchased the individual event ticket. However, many of the live events have lengthy highlights which are included in the Network.
It says the username is in use. What should I do?
Chances are, at some point, the username or email address has already been used to create an account. If you’ve forgotten your password, please follow the ‘forgot password” link or email [email protected] if you need further assistance with your username or password. Please do not create a separate account as memberships and PPV “tickets” are attached to a single account. If you’re unsure whether or not you have one, email us! We’re happy to check for you.

Do you have a step-by step process for purchasing a pay-per-view ticket?
1). You must have a basic membership (free) for the “ticket” to attach. Once it’s created, login to your account.
2). Once you’re logged in, click on the event you’d like to purchase and enter payment info. If you’re unsure of whether or not it went through, email [email protected] and we’ll check for you.
3). After the event goes live, make sure you’re logged in to only one device (it will kick you out if you try more) and click the green “watch now” button.
4). If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out by emailing [email protected] during live events or [email protected] with membership questions.
What is your refund policy?
We strive to be fair, and in doing so, have created a Terms of Service section that must be read before purchasing a membership or PPV ticket.
Live Streaming FAQ
What device can I stream on?
All iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads, and all Android devices, including phones and tablets should work.
For best results, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers when possible. Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer (8 or higher) should all be compatible as well.
We do not provide support for AppleTV, Roku, Chromecast, Wii, PlayStation and similar systems, however many users utilize these platforms with no issues. Use these systems at your own risk, as the non-updated Flash versions may not be compatible with the latest streaming software.
What internet strength do I need to have before purchasing the pay-per-view ticket?
Mobile (cellular) connections need a solid 4G LTE signal. Most will not stream smoothly with a 3G connection (buffering may occur) and if there is back-and-forth between 3G and 4G signals, video playback may occur. A download speed of > 15 mbps is recommended. You can test your signal strength here: speedtest.netor speedof.me
A direct cable/DSL/fiber connection is preferred. If you have a borderline speed for streaming, it is recommended that you move as close to your router as possible on a wireless connection and shut down anything else taking up bandwidth.
Can I watch live events using multiple devices?
No. You must log out of a device if you would like to access the ticket by logging into a second device.
What is your refund policy?
We strive to be fair, and in doing so, have created a Terms of Service section that must be read before purchasing a membership or PPV ticket. A refund request may be sent to [email protected] after all efforts have been made utilizing customer care services before/during the event.
I will not be able to watch the PPV live. Will I be able to access it later?
Yes, you will have access to the on-demand replay of each PPV event purchased under your account. Most replays are posted within a day.
The player page will not load. What is the issue?
After you have logged in to your account and purchased the event (or if you have purchased the Premium membership and are trying to view an included live event) click on the “watch live now’ top story or green button on player page once the event has started.
- A direct high-speed/cable connection is much preferred for a better quality stream
- If using WiFi, ensure that there is a strong enough connection for a smooth stream
- Ensure that there are no ad-blockers installed
- Ensure that there are no firewalls installed to protect against streaming
- Older versions of web browsers are sometimes not compatible with the latest streaming software. Please ensure that your browsers are up-to-date. Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are preferred although other may browsers may work.
- Clear your cache and re-load browser
The player loaded, but the picture is buffering/fuzzy/choppy. What is the issue?
In general terms, this is usually related to the quality of the internet strength.
– Mobile (cellular) connections need a solid 4G LTE signal. Most will not stream smoothly with a 3G connection and buffering, pixelating may occur
A direct (cable) connection usually has a better quality with higher definition than a wireless connection. If speeds on wireless register as “ample” (over 15 mbps) but you still experience buffering or pixelating, try moving closer to the router (even a room or two away can make a difference) or shut down the other programs that may be taking up a lot of bandwidth. If problems persist, please contact live customer care at [email protected]or [email protected]during the live events.
Can the PPV streams or video library be found on Apple TV or Roku devices?
At this time, we do not offer video through these devices.
