WATCH LIVE: PASS Super Late Models at White Mountain
It has been a busy season so far for the PASS Super Late Models with chase for the PASS North title still under the control of six-time champion Johnny Clark after eight races. Clark only has one win so far in 2021, that coming at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in April. At WMMP, Clark has three career wins, and considers the quarter-mile to be one of his better race tracks.
However, second in PASS North points, four-time champion Ben Rowe has an even more spectacular record at White Mountain. At least 14 career wins overall, mostly in PASS Super Late Model competition, but also on the American-Canadian Tour, the PASS Modifieds, and even the now defunct Northeast Pro Stock Association over two decades ago. WMMP is the site of Rowe’s most recent PASS North victory in 2018.
Kate Re and Dan Winter remain third and fourth in PASS North points respectively, with both drivers still resolute to collect their first PASS Super Late Model victories.
Last time PASS North hit the high banks of WMMP in May, it was New Hampshire driver Joey Polewarczyk who took down the checkered flag.
The most recent outing for PASS North was in Maine at the Oxford Plains Speedway, where Joey Doiron took down his second PASS victory of the 2021 season.
This Saturday night will also see an exciting driver-team combination at White Mountain, as former Northeast Mini Stock Tour champion Cody LeBlanc will team with the Brown family to run their No. 47 Super Late Model occupied normally by former Oxford Plains SLM champion Gabe Brown.
