The biggest one-day show in Super Late Model racing will be broadcast live to a worldwide audience in 2018.  Speed51.com and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) officials announced Tuesday that the 45th Annual Oxford 250 at Oxford Plains Speedway (ME) will be streamed via a pay-per-view broadcast.

Speed51.com’s live broadcast on Sunday, August 26 will showcase all of the PASS Super Late Model qualifying action, as well as features for the North East Mini Stock Tour, Street Stocks and Rebels.  That will all lead into 250 laps of action-packed racing as the best drivers from New England and beyond battle for the $25,000 (minimum) prize.

Live video tickets for the 45th Annual Oxford 250 are available for $35.99, which aligns with the cost of a general admission ticket for the event.

“As someone who grew up at Oxford and has been to nearly twenty Oxford 250s, I can say that there’s nothing like Oxford 250 Sunday,” said Speed51.com Editor, Brandon Paul.  “Although there’s nothing like soaking in the atmosphere at the race track, we’re pleased to give fans who can’t make it to Oxford the opportunity to watch this prestigious race live on Speed51.com.”

Fifty-four drivers are currently entered for this year’s race.  The list of drivers entered includes defending race winner Curtis Gerry, who has not lost a PASS race at Oxford since his career-defining win one year ago.

Gerry will be challenged by the likes of Cassius Clark and Reid Lanpher, as well as former Oxford 250 winners Eddie MacDonald, Joey Polewarczyk Jr., Wayne Helliwell Jr., Travis Benjamin, Mike Rowe, Ben Rowe and Scott Robbins.

Others including Derek Griffith, Cole Butcher, DJ Shaw, Tate Fogleman, Tracy Gordon, Kodie Conner and Joey Doiron will be looking to etch their names into the Oxford 250 record book.

In addition to Sunday’s live broadcast, Speed51.com will also offer a live video stream of Saturday’s racing card for $26.99.   Saturday’s broadcast will showcase the American-Canadian Tour 150, North East Mini Stock Tour, North East Classic Lites, Street Stocks and Figure 8s.

A two-day video package to watch both days of racing can be purchased for $59.99, a savings of $6 compared to the purchase of individual tickets.
