Mooresville, N.C. — Mason Mitchell Motorsports (MMM) will expand their program for the 2016 season to field two full-time teams in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards as well as expanding to up to two teams in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series beginning in 2016.

“I am really excited to expand our program into the K&N Series beginning in 2016,” 2014 ARCA champion and owner Mason Mitchell explained.

“The K&N Series is a first class touring Series that does a great job preparing up and coming drivers for the NASCAR ranks.”

“Our team has come a long way since opening our shop in November 2013. I am really looking forward to beginning this next step with everyone at MMM.”

MMM won the 2014 ARCA Racing Series championship in its first year as a team in the 63-year-old series. In 20 starts the team earned one win (Chicagoland), 12 top-five finishes, 18 top-ten’s and five pole positions en route to winning the title. The team has won two ARCA races through 15 events in 2015 with two different drivers.

MMM’s had several requests in 2015 from drivers interested in running both the ARCA Racing Series and the K&N Pro Series so the team’s decision to expand was an easy one.

MMM is constantly building new cars at their shop located in Mooresville, North Carolina, so it made sense that the team takes their “Never Give Up” Championship approach that won them the ARCA Racing Series Championship in 2014 and enter that level of excellence into the NASCAR K&N Series races in 2016 and beyond.

Mason Mitchell Motorsports is now entertaining race packages for drivers to race in the 2016 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East & West.
