MIDLOTHIAN, IL — Ty Majeski, Roush Fenway development driver, has officially been entered in the Roulo Bros. #17 Ford for this weekend’s Montgomery Ward Father’s Day 200 at Madison Speedway.

The 21-year-old late model standout from Seymour, Wisconsin was announced last month as the Roush Fenway development driver competing for Roulo Bros. Racing, the NASCAR Next Class of 2016, and the #1 pick for the Speed51 Short Track Draft.

Ty will be pulling double duty this weekend, first competing in race #1 of the Triple Crown Challenge on Friday night, June 17th, then the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards event on Sunday. Majeski was a recent victor at Madison Speedway in the ARCA Midwest Tour Joe Shear Classic on May 1st.

“We were able to test last week and I felt very comfortable in the car,” Majeski commented, “The goal is to always be competitive and upfront, but I also know there is going to be a learning curve. I am excited to be making my first start.”

“Madison is a great place for us to be making our first start together. Ty has had a lot of success here in late models, and as a team we won here in 2012 and finished second here in 2011 with Chris Buescher,” says Gary Roulo.

The Montgomery Ward Father’s Day 200 will roll off at 2PM CDT live on the American Sports Network.
